APB to deliver new units at Parker Drive

Acting on behalf of a private client, APB have brought to the market a four acre site on Parker Drive, which will provide approximately 65,000 sq.ft of industrial space.

The site, which is currently being submitted for planning, consists of two new build units, located on the popular Parker Drive Estate. These units will provide modern warehousing with 8m to eaves, lorry access/loading and 3 phase power.

New commercial tenants are being sought for the properties, which are being offered on a leasehold basis.

Reg Pollock of APB said

“We have been instructed to offer Parker Drive site to the market on a new leasehold basis, We have already attracted interest for one of the units to a national occupier and are moving this forward, this leaves the remaining unit, which can either be taken as one or split into a number of units from 8,000 sq.ft approx.”

“We have seen very little new commercial development within the Leicester area, and these units attracted excellent levels of interest from the initial outset.”

“Parker Drive is an ever popular location, being only half a mile north of the City Centre. It offers excellent access out to the A1 and A46 trunk road.”

Any interested leasehold occupiers should make contact with Reg Pollock to discuss.
